Payment methods
We offer 3 methods of payment:
- Credit card / fast bank transfer - Go-Pay: free of charge
- Cash on delivery: 39 CZK
Discount code
If you have a discount code or a gift card, you can use it while choosing your payment method. You enter the code in the „Discount code“ field and then click on „Apply“. The total amount will then be adjusted, and the value of the discount code will be deducted.
Shipping
We ship the orders after receiving the full payment. In case of cash on delivery payment, we ship the orders immediately.
Shipping provider: PPL and Zasilkovna.
Free shipping on orders over 3000 CZK.
Orders under 3000 CZK:
- PPL: 79 CZK
- Zasilkovna - to the Zasilkovna branch: 69 CZK
- Zasilkovna - to your address: 99 CZK
Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your order number and the estimated delivery time.
We try to send off the orders on the same day if the order is placed before 12 p.m.
Please check your order after receiving it and contact the delivery provider immediately in case of any damage.
